Apple Donuts with Maple Cider Glaze

Jump to recipe

This delicious apple donut is baked, uses whole wheat flour and oats so I’m thinking that means they’re health food, right? Or it at least makes ya feel a little better grabbing an extra one. Justification? Maybe…but it’s sweet justification with delicious, tart apples coated with cinnamon and cloves and maple cider glaze dripping over the top. Perfect with warm mulled cider or dunk ’em straight into a glass of milk.

I'm a long time cook/baker that makes food centric recipe videos to help the novice cook or welcome a seasoned cook that wants to focus on the food. I'm passionate about both Christmas and cooking. Once my baking gene gets activated in September, I want to bake all the things. Grab a cup of hot cocoa and come on into my kitchen!
