12 Days of Treats Fudge

Gingerbread Fudge

Jump to recipe

Christmas means gingerbread in my book and the season is busy enough so an easy fudge is in order!  Ever since I found sweetened condensed milk fudge, I’ve used it probably 90% of the time because who doesn’t have literally two minutes to cook it and then cover and forget it until you’re ready to cut it!?  The first time I made this, Mr. Kringle made all kinds of grunty noises.  That means it’s good in a way that says “get it out of the house woman!”

A kick of molasses and the warm spices of the season shine in this recipe.  This fudge is so decadent and tastes like Christmas with each velvety bite.  Adorable gingerbread sprinkles give you a heads up of the spicy goodness to come.   The video shows you how to bring it all together!

I'm a long time cook/baker that makes food centric recipe videos to help the novice cook or welcome a seasoned cook that wants to focus on the food. I'm passionate about both Christmas and cooking. Once my baking gene gets activated in September, I want to bake all the things. Grab a cup of hot cocoa and come on into my kitchen!

    1. I can tell you it’s dangerous enough to suggest you make it for an event so you’re not tempted to blow through the pan! A friend told me. 😉
