There is nothing I love more than an easy but elegant side dish. For me, tri-color carrots always make me feel like a fancy pants and then you add some high falootin’ honey to the mix and you’ve got my heart. Roasted veggies are my thing. I love the beautiful caramelization and sweetness it lends to whatever you end up roasting from asparagus to potatoes to these babies.
I mean, could ya just dive in head first? I know I could! These can be made easily while you’re making the rest of dinner and your family or date will think you are the shiznit!
