As we dive further into Autumn, the call of holiday baking gets strong. Sweet spices like cinnamon, ginger and the potent kick of molasses bring a comforting smell that makes you cozy from the inside out. When you mix that with pumpkin, you are in for a treat that you’ll want to enjoy as breakfast, a snack or gift to others to spread the love. This amazing Pumpkin Gingerbread Loaf is definitely one of my Fall favorites and is as moist as it gets. No butter or spread needed…but always welcomed if that’s your jam!

Looks good, pinned to try. Visiting from Snickerdoodle Sundays party.
Thank you for stopping by!
I wonder if you could do this making your own pumpkin puree? I’m guessing it is quite easy and a lovely bi-product of Halloween #DreamTeam
Sure could and if you need a recipe for it, I just happen to have that too! 😉

Ooooo this looks yummy. I love gingerbread, but with enough pumpkin puree frozen to last a year, this would be good to try 🙂 #dreamteam
Then this would be the perfect recipe to use some of it! 😉
I am always finding new (and delicious-sounding) recipes! I’ve never heard of this combination, but can’t wait to try it!

Sounds amazing! I have a few pumpkins that I’m about to puree. They will be perfect for this. Would love for you to stop by and link this up to More The Merrier Monday.

They would be! A nice dessert bread when you’ve had your fill of pie. (I hear that happens…yet to experience it.)
