I'm a long time cook/baker that makes food centric recipe videos to help the novice cook or welcome a seasoned cook that wants to focus on the food. I'm passionate about both Christmas and cooking. Once my baking gene gets activated in September, I want to bake all the things. Grab a cup of hot cocoa and come on into my kitchen!

  1. I’ve done something similar and it really does make the house smell amazing! I did, however, have one mishap where I put spices in a pot of water and I forgot about it. All the good smells turned into burnt smells and an almost ruined pot so I haven’t done it since then! Oops!

    1. Doesn’t it though!? Yep, I think we’ve all been there which is why I made sure to mention it. LOL (I think I caught mine one year just before it crusted) No one likes the smell of burnt orange even if probably make a candle with the same name!

  2. Ooooh this sounds fabulous! I love cinnamon and always try to buy something to permeate my house with the smell of Santa’s front room. I would love to make something myself. I’m off to pin this post! Thank you for linking up with #FiestaFriday

  3. I used to do this in our old house an hour or so before we had any showings for selling it. I love how homey the scent came make a home feel.

    1. It definitely gives that homey feel without being overbearing. It’s more like you walk in and are like “ooh, what’s baking!?”
