I love cookie butter.  I can’t help it.  Another thing I love?  Biscoff cookies, like they serve on a major airline.  That was always the best part of the flight was getting those slightly gingerbread-ish tasting cookies.  When you mix both of them together, you have a taste that makes you do a happy dance.  I’m not kidding.  I literally gave one to my friend a few weeks ago as a surprise and she danced while she ate it.

I think anything that makes someone dance with their eyes closed is something I want to eat.

And I did.

Not gonna tell you how many.

These eggs have a doughy but slightly crisp bite to them.  The spicy gingerbread like undertones paired with the mild white candy coating are perfectly married with each delectable bite.  Make these for the cookie butter lover in your life and you’ll have their heart forever!  The video shows you how to bring it all together and what the recipe should look like in different stages.
